  • Business Management

  • Intro to Business

  • Stock Market & Economy H

*To start in DECA, a student must be enrolled in one of the above courses during that school year (1st or 2nd semester). There is an advantage to being in one of these classes during the first semester for the students who want to be in DECA.

 *To stay in DECA throughout high school, a student must take 1.5 years of the classes listed above before not taking a business course (i.e., semester-class freshman year, full-year class sophomore year, no class needed junior/senior year as the 1.5 years requirement has been met).

 *If a student was enrolled in any of the above courses previously, they can continue to be in DECA if they select to take Finance. If Finance is their first and only business class that school year, they are not eligible to be in DECA.

 *Summer Courses: Intro to Business, Entrepreneurship, Finance, Intro to Marketing
